Jack is a Graduate Sports Therapist with a BSc in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Chichester. His areas of expertise are injury rehabilitation and chronic musculoskeletal disorder management, from diagnosis to full recovery. He has a special interest in strength and conditioning applications in rehabilitation.
Jack is passionate about improving people’s health and fitness. He spends his free time researching and reading scientific literature on rehabilitation and musculoskeletal health. Outside of this, he spends time resistance training and reading fantasy novels.
