Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
Our loyalty card sheme has been created to show our appreciation to our self funding clients by rewarding you everytime you visit for treatment. Everytime you attend the clinic for treatment (EMTT self supervised is not included in this promotion) your card will be stamped. When you get your 10th stamp you will receive 50% OFF your 10th treatment session (this does not include shockwave therapy sessions or men’s health sessions and subject to the terms and conditions below).
Collect your card from reception next time you have a session at the centre.
Our Loyalty Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Card in accordance with the Scheme rules.
By using the card you accept the following terms and conditions:
- The Loyalty Card and its use is only applicable for clients funding treatment themselves and excludes treatments funded by insurance companies and the NHS.
- The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless specified as part of the Rewards Club scheme.
- The card must be presented and stamped at the time of the treatment session.
- Stamps cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Loyalty Card cannot be used for shockwave therapy and men’s health treatments. We reserve the right to exclude other treatments from the scheme.
- Stock items such as exercise bands are not included in this scheme.
- A maximum of one stamp can be collected per self funded treatment.
- The Loyalty Card remains the property of 3 Way Physiotherapy.
- 3 Way Physiotherapy reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card or scheme without notice.
- Information will be held on our database and will not be shared with third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Each card is personal to the cardholder and cannot be transferred or used by another person.
- 3 Way Physiotherapy is not liable for any costs or losses arising from changes or cancellation of the programme.
- Copies of the card or unofficial stamps will not be accepted.

- There is no cash value. It cannot be refunded or used for insurance excess, shortfalls, or missed appointment fees. It can only be used as credit against treatments.
- This cannot be used against payments that are already due. It is for future appointments and bookings only.
- The credit will be applied the first time an appointment is booked or a package is purchased after winning.
- You can only enter each competition once.
- The credit cannot be transferred.
- We reserve the right to remove the credit if there is a valid reason.
- Winning emails are chosen by Patrick based on the time they are received in the 3 Way Physio inbox.
- Patrick’s decision is final.
- The names of the winners will not be shared with anyone else.
- Participant details will not be passed on to any other organisation.
- 3 Way Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel the quiz at any time without prior notice.
- The credit will remain on the account as long as the client has an account with 3 Way Physiotherapy.
- Additional terms may be added if the system is misused. This is intended to be a bit of fun.
