Tracey Matthews
Massage Therapist
Qualified Massage Therapist VTCT Level 3 NVQ since 2005. She has worked with Ayurvedic massage, Indian Head Massage, manual lymphatic drainage and therapeutic remedial body work to help reduce muscle tension, pain, anxiety, and stress.
Her massages help to improve circulation, flexibility, sleep, posture, and overall mood. Aiding injury recovery, boosting immunity, and managing symptoms of headaches and migraines.
She has been a Reiki practitioner since 2011 and Reiki Teacher since 2017 promoting meditation and the use of massage as a holistic approach to health and wellness.
