Prior to joining the company 6 years ago, Karen worked in a school for 16 years, gaining an NVQ level 3 in helping children achieve their full potential in Literacy & Numeracy.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys going for long walks, meeting up with friends and spending quality time with family.

Presented with a painful leg and arm which was stopping me sleeping and required mild painkillers. Viviana diagnosed the issue, recommended exercise, massage and PNT. After 6 weeks things much improved and can sleep and move without pain.
