Prior to joining the company 6 years ago, Karen worked in a school for 16 years, gaining an NVQ level 3 in helping children achieve their full potential in Literacy & Numeracy.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys going for long walks, meeting up with friends and spending quality time with family.

Viviana is an excellent and very focused physiotherapist. She chooses the right type of exercises to help target and improve my hip problems & in every session there are different combinations to work through to keep things interesting. I am very grateful for her level of professionalism. I only wish the sessions were a little longer.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the team at 3-Way Physio in Woodley, and especially to Jack, the physiotherapist who made all the difference for me. Initially, I started my treatment with Rupali, who was great but she felt I needed Jack’s specialised expertise. And wow, she was right. Jack is hands-down the best physiotherapist I’ve ever come across, and I’ve seen quite a few over the years for various issues. He guided me through recovery after a meniscus tear, surgery, and even a tough bout of sepsis that set me back. Thanks to his incredible knowledge and professional yet super friendly approach, I’m ahead of schedule and feeling better than I ever expected. I can’t recommend Jack enough!”

Just wanted to say how well I was looked after during my 6 month period of rehabilitation following major surgery for a shoulder repair. Anisha from 3Way Physio was ver professional and sensitively guided me through my recovery plan. She demonstrated a very patient and friendly manner. I wouldadditionally like to mention how helpful the reception staff were as well. I would be very happy recommending this pracice to anyone .

For more than 4 years I have had arthritic pain in my knees which has greatly impacted my mobility and general day to day activities. Anisha has been fantastic from the moment I met her. She listened, fully examined my legs and movement and then gave me a couple of really simple daily exercises. Following the exercise plan, my knee pain & stiffness has gone. I can easily walk half a mile with my dog and I can now walk up and down my stairs without my knees cracking and locking up. I am no longer relying on pain killers every day and I have so much more freedom in getting around. Not only have I got my independence back, my confidence to do things that I previously couldn't attempt has done wonders for my overall well-being. I cannot praise Anisha and the 3 Way Physio team highly enough and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.
