My Why:
What I enjoy most is helping people get back to living their lives. Whether that’s returning to golf, keeping up with grandchildren, getting back into the gym or simply being able to sleep without pain, seeing someone’s confidence grow as they recover is incredibly rewarding. I’m endlessly fascinated by how adaptable the human body is and how, with the right guidance, it can recover from injury far better than most people realise. Every patient is different, which means I’m always learning and refining how I can help people recover as effectively as possible.
Your Reasurance:
I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2001 and quickly realised musculoskeletal physiotherapy was where I wanted to build my career. Over the past 25 years I’ve continued to study, complete postgraduate training and refine my approach because every patient is different. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. I take time to understand what’s driving your symptoms and helping you understand, so together we can create a plan that gets you back to doing what matters most.
The Real Me:
Outside the clinic I love spending time with my wife and our two teenage sons. As they’re becoming more independent, we’re enjoying rediscovering hobbies together, especially hiking, most preferably in the Lake District. I enjoy cooking (particularly on my Big Green Egg BBQ), strength training, golf and have recently discovered padel which I’m loving!
Quick-fire:
A leisurely morning coffee with my wife in the garden, a visit to the Gurdwara, cooking a proper family meal and finishing the day with a walk around Dinton Pastures, a couple of these depend on the weather of course.

The advice I received from Yves was excellent. He took the time to listen and understand my symptoms and then provided a clear way forward. I would highly recommend this physio.Posted on Google![]()

Presented with a painful leg and arm which was stopping me sleeping and required mild painkillers. Viviana diagnosed the issue, recommended exercise, massage and PNT. After 6 weeks things much improved and can sleep and move without pain.Posted on Google![]()
