Anisha graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2016. In the same year, she also qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage.

Committed to advancing her clinical expertise, Anisha completed a postgraduate Master’s module in Soft Tissue and Joint Injection Therapy at the University of Essex in 2022. This additional qualification enables her to administer corticosteroid injections, offering effective treatment options for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She has also undertaken specialist training and is accredited by the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), allowing her to integrate acupuncture into her evidence-informed treatment approach.

Anisha has been part of the 3 Way Physio team since 2019 and also works as an Advanced Physiotherapist within GP surgeries, where she assesses, diagnoses, and manages complex musculoskeletal presentations.

Outside of work, Anisha enjoys playing padel, strength training, and expressing her creative side through nail art. She’s also particularly pleased that she’s short enough to never worry about the low beams in our clinic…if you know, you know. And if you don’t, you may soon find out!
