My Why:
I love helping people feel understood and confident in their recovery. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is combining clinical problem-solving with building genuine relationships, hearing people’s stories, and helping them get back to enjoying the things they love!
The Reassurance:
I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire in 2016 and have since developed a special interest in musculoskeletal health, injection therapy, and rehabilitation. Alongside working at 3 Way Physio since 2019, I also work as an Advanced Physiotherapist within GP surgeries assessing and managing complex musculoskeletal conditions. I’m also trained in acupuncture and qualified in soft tissue and joint injection therapy, allowing me to offer a broad range of treatment approaches tailored to each individual.
The Real Me:
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me on a padel court, strength training in the gym, or curled up somewhere with a good book and a coffee. I also love getting creative with nail art and I’m always on the lookout for a really good meal… in another life I’m pretty sure I would’ve been a food critic. I’m also short enough to never have to worry about the low beams in clinic… which are suspiciously low… if you know, you know.
